Logistics Powerhouse (“we”, “us”) operates a multi-tenant software platform used by courier and haulage businesses (“tenants”) to run dispatch, tracking, invoicing, and driver compliance. This policy explains what we collect and why — both for people who sign up to use the platform and for members of the public who track a shipment using a public tracking link.

Information we collect

  • Account details — name, email, phone number, and company details you provide when creating a workspace or accepting an invitation.
  • Job & shipment data — pickup/delivery addresses, contact details for senders and recipients, and shipment status entered by a tenant to run their operations.
  • Driver compliance data — licence, insurance, and right-to-work documents, and e-signatures collected during driver onboarding, where a tenant operates driver compliance workflows.
  • Location data — drivers using the mobile app share GPS location while an active job is in progress, so it can be shown on live tracking maps.
  • Payment & invoicing data — processed via Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
  • Device & usage data — push-notification tokens (for delivery/job alerts), browser storage used to keep you signed in, and error/crash diagnostics.

How we use it

We use this data to operate the platform: authenticating users, running dispatch and tracking, generating invoices, sending notifications, and diagnosing bugs. Each tenant’s data is kept in an isolated workspace and is not visible to other tenants.

Third parties we rely on

  • Stripe — payment processing and invoicing.
  • Google Maps — maps, geocoding, and route display.
  • Firebase Cloud Messaging — push notifications to the mobile app and browser.
  • Sentry — error monitoring, to help us find and fix bugs.
  • postcodes.io — a free, public UK postcode lookup used to suggest and resolve addresses.

See our Cookie Policy for details on browser storage and third-party scripts.

Data retention & your rights

We retain data for as long as a tenant workspace is active, plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal and accounting purposes. If you’d like to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you, contact us at [email protected]. If you are the customer or driver of a specific tenant business, we recommend also contacting that business directly, as they control the data entered into their workspace.
