Terms & Conditions

Last updated 14 July 2026

These terms govern access to and use of the Logistics Powerhouse platform (the “Service”). By creating a workspace or signing in, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent (“you”).

The Service

Logistics Powerhouse is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for courier and haulage operators, providing dispatch scheduling, live tracking, driver compliance and onboarding, invoicing and payouts, a customer self-service portal, an embeddable quote calculator, and reporting.

Accounts & workspaces

Each business operates in its own isolated workspace. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into your workspace, for keeping login credentials confidential, and for the actions taken by users you invite (owners, admins, dispatchers, drivers, and customers).

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Trials, where offered, convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice before it takes effect on your next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful.
  • Don’t attempt to access another tenant’s workspace or data.
  • Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the platform.
  • Only enter driver and customer personal data you are lawfully entitled to process.

Your data

You own the data you enter into your workspace. We process it to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. On request, we will export or delete your workspace data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

Availability & support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Enterprise plans may include a dedicated uptime SLA — see your plan agreement for specifics.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or unlawful use.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “last updated” date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
